Validation of the estimate is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.2. Payment<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payments are made in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the quotation (bank transfer, credit card, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The benefits will begin after receipt of a deposit of 30 %, unless otherwise stated on the quote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Rates and changes<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rates quoted are in euros (\u20ac) and are subject to VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Forcola<\/strong> reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the services are charged based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Cancellation and refund policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cancellation by the client :<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Up to 15 days before the event : 50% refund of the deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 15 days : no refund of deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cancellation by Sontuosa :<\/strong><br>In the event of cancellation due to <strong>Forcola<\/strong>a full refund of the deposit will be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8. Intellectual property<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All elements of the site and the materials provided are the sole property of <strong>Forcola<\/strong>. Any reproduction, modification or use without written permission is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Personal data<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Your data are collected in the respect of the regulations in force.
